As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a critical role in addressing and resolving escalated account issues. This includes handling inquiries related to credits, billing, and other customer needs. You will be an essential part of our Account Operations team, also known as DACO (Day Dream Account Operations). Within DACO, you will provide dedicated support to customers, assisting them with their Day Dream contracts and addressing any billing questions or requests. Your responsibilities will encompass activities such as account amendments, credit processing, and account cancellations as needed.
